​1)      In the paragraph beginning הא לחמא עניא, the words לשנה הבאה appear twice. The Rebbe Rashab נ"ע would pronounce the first in the present tense and the second in the future tense. Why the difference?

2)      What is the reason for the Tzitzis-threads being made of eight strands?[1]

3)      On Fridays I put on Tefilin with an elderly man in the Jewish Old Age Home. This week I was late and he had already had (early) Kiddush. Could he still put on Tefilin?[2]

4)      It’s ten minutes after sunset and a Jewish mother is ready for her baby son to have a Bris. The Mohel leaves town before tomorrow morning. May he perform the Bris? [3]

5)      In our country only a qualified doctor may perform a Bris. As Shluchim, we often bring a frum doctor for this purpose. But the local Liberal community have a Jewish doctor who will use a clamp and local anaesthetic. Would that be valid bedieved?[4]  

6)      Does a mobile kitchen need to have a Mezuzah?[5]

7)      I wish to prepare a sweetened coffee essence for Pesach, before Yomtov. Do I have to boil and filter the sugar and the coffee? (Both products have a Pesach-hechsher).

8)      For Pesach, we have hitherto been using coarse salt. Where we live, this is no longer available with a hechsher for Pesach. Would it be preferable to use instead fine salt that has a hechsher?

9)      Further details on the way the Rebbe זי"ע would separate Challoh from each box of Matzo-packages, whilst the boxes were covered with a sheet of brown paper:
