This week Kelsie walks us through the Vampire of Sacramento, a man named Richard Chase who terrorized a suburban community in California in the 70's. Richard Chase was a paranoid schizophrenic who tried to get help for his mental health problems, but had a family blocking his way with denial. Six people lost their lives to the hands of Richard, and countless more were impacted by the terror and evil that he left behind.
