In this edition, we catch up with young gun trainer Sam Freedman, one half of the Group 1 winning training duo at Freedman Racing. We find out what it’s like growing up with a name synonymous to racing, the expectations that come with it and how you go from bowling medium pacers in England, to training G1 winners in Aus.

We were lucky enough to sit down with Sam at the Pinecliff training facility on the Mornington Peninsula where he and his training partner and Father, Anthony, are based. Sam shares with us his love of the industry and what drives him to be an outstanding trainer in his own right.
