It’s been a minute since I’ve had a guest on the pod, so I’m more than a little excited to have Kaycee Thompson on Take Care today. Kaycee isn’t a coach, but she has an expertise I think we can all benefit from—Kaycee is a therapist. Just like so many people in the coaching industry, Kaycee always wanted to be in the industry of helping people, and with a rise in mental illness occurring on a large scale, its our job to be there for our clients during the highs and lows of their lives. Coaching our clients through change isn’t always simple, but we can stay curious and stay genuine, we can help make a meaningful impact in their lives, no matter where they land in the Cycle of Change.
