Luke Smith and Matt Kew were at Spa today to watch a delayed qualifying, which we knew ahead of time would be impacted by seven drivers taking some form of penalty because of changing power unit parts.  Even if Verstappen or Leclerc grabbed pole they knew another driver would inherit the front row spot.
