Fred Jones is known by most for his posterizing dunks. The high flyer threw down some monstrous jams that would get Mac Court rocking in the early 2000's. But there is so much more to the man than his hops. A small town boy from Arkansas, Jones helped turn around UO's basketball program with a magical run to the Elite Eight in 2002. Dunking would put Jones in the national spotlight as he won the 2004 NBA dunk contest but it would be the following year that would truly change his career when he was on the floor for the infamous Malice in the Palace.
