Listen Later

Wine, chocolate, working out, scrolling on your phone--- are all common ways to temporarily avoid your emotions with actions.

Kristen explores various buffers such as drinking, eating, exercising, social media, and online shopping. She highlights how buffering leads to consequences you don't like and why buffers become habits that don't serve you.
