Some lash stylists feel they need to offer a discount when their clients come back. Say it isn't so Joe or Betty or whatever you name is. In this episode, we cover why discounting your service now is not the right strategy. In fact, what you really need to think about is raising your prices. We do get a little "mathy" in this episode but when you are done listening, you'll know how to calculate what your costs per hour are and what you need to charge so you can make a 15% profit with every month.
