Lower back pain is one of the leading causes of disability and loss of sick days from the workplace in the industrialised world. I like to discuss practical solutions we can use in our everyday to combat the issues we are creating for our mind and body as we live within the alien environment of the concrete jungle surrounded by chairs and technology that make us comfortable in the short term but weaker in the long term!
