I invest in both SMEs and real estate, and I believe both are valuable components of a diversified portfolio. However, I wanted to illustrate the differences using a £100,000 investment and demonstrate which is the most efficient in my opinion. Of course, there are many factors to consider, and no two deals are the same, which is why I had to make several assumptions for this example.
