Today we are joined by special guest and friend Amber Fischer, as we discuss hormonal health, intuitive eating, and boundaries.
Amber Fischer is a functional nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Specialist serving San Antonio and virtually world-wide. She uses integrative and functional nutrition techniques to help her clients achieve health and wellness. Her passions are support for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) as well as other infertility issues and she specializes in preparing women nutritionally for upcoming fertility treatments. She also specializes in the management of autoimmune disorders in women.
Amber’s approach combines functional medicine principals with clinical experience and intuition. She is deeply authentic and compassionate and has been through health concerns of her own so she understands the difficulty of navigating the fertility treatment and medical world.
Amber holds a Master’s of Science in Integrative and Functional Nutrition from Saybrook University and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist with the Board of Certification of Nutrition Specialists.
Amber is also trained in the importance of integrative interventions, such as mindfulness meditation, and can help you decide which therapy would fit within your lifestyle to reduce stress and increase well-being.
