74: Constipation 101: how to tell if you are & what to do about it

Constipation is one of THE most common symptoms I see in my health coaching practice & the majority of women don't actually realise that they're suffering with it đŸ’©â . Even if you’re pooping a few times a day, you could still be constipated, so being aware of what healthy poop looks like & also asking yourself:


x Do my bowel movements feel tough to pass?

x Are they infrequent?

x Do they feel incomplete, even though you can’t squeeze out any more?

x Do I need to wipe for an extended period of time to feel ‘clean’ after?

x Are they dry?


If you said yes to any of the above, it’s time to evaluate how much constipation could be adding to your symptoms, especially if you suffer with; tiredness & fatigue, skin issues, feeling nauseous, brain fog, hormonal symptoms etc.
