This week I am getting honest that I have not worked out one bit in 6 weeks. I am not feeling it this postpartum and I want to be honest that is okay. Sure I have had some stroller walks, but that is it. I want to inspire all moms that if this is where you are, this is okay. I am sharing my plan as well of where I am headed next with my fitness routine.
