Over the past couple years I've heard some truly appalling examples of "financial advice". Many of these ill-conceived ideas have been spread through social media. As with anything on the internet, it's always advisable to receive advice with a healthy dose of skepticism. 

In today's episode, I want to share four examples of bad financial advice that I've heard multiple times in the past year alone.
