In this episode, I am stoked to share with you my journey of manifesting my big-picture visions and deepest desires and the power of holding space for transformation.

As I drive back from facilitating a week-long retreat in Sedona for my Chrysalis crew, I am filled with awe at the power of manifestation.

Reflecting on my journey, I share how I once envisioned hosting retreats and teaching yoga on a rooftop deck in the home we built in Costa Rica, not knowing how it would come to fruition.

Fast forward to now, and I have manifested that vision and more, taking my Chrysalis crew to sacred spaces for deep transformational work.

I emphasize the importance of setting intentions and going all in on oneself. I share how investing in myself and believing in my potential led to the creation of Chrysalis and this very podcast.

Through integrity, generosity, and a commitment to growth, I have attracted incredible guests on Dropped In and created meaningful experiences with my clients.

I also tease an upcoming offering for those inspired to lead circles, retreats, and masterminds with integrity and trauma-informed practices. This new venture is born from my personal experiences and values, aiming to support individuals in creating safe and transformative spaces for their clients.
