Welcome back to Dropped In!!
I am stoked to share a microdose of magic and medicine with you, focusing on the theme of playing small in our lives. I reflect on my personal journey over the past few months, during which I experienced a power pause—a time for deep integration and implementation of the healing work I’ve been doing. This period has allowed me to recognize how my future self has been calling me to step into a more empowered version of myself and how I’ve often resisted that call.
I discuss the painful realization that it can be more uncomfortable to remain in a state of safety and smallness than to fully bloom into our potential.
I share my own struggles with self-protection, aka self-sabotage, recounting moments from my past, including a particularly challenging experience with public speaking that led me to drop out of public speaking at university.
This fear of being seen and heard has been a recurring theme in my life, rooted in my upbringing and the belief that my voice didn’t matter.
However, through a transformative session of Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), I was able to clear these limiting beliefs and step into a more empowered space. As I navigate this new chapter, I emphasize the importance of making bold moves to align with the version of myself that I aspire to be. I share my recent investment in a two-month journey to develop my skills as a keynote speaker, acknowledging the fear and discomfort that come with such a leap.
As I reflect on my aspirations—hosting retreats, leading masterminds, and sharing my message with the world—I invite listeners to consider their own calls to action. I emphasize that the only moment we truly have is the present, and I encourage everyone to take steps toward their dreams, no matter how daunting they may seem.
In this episode, I also introduce my program, InnovateHer, designed for change-makers who are ready to step into their power and lead with integrity. I outline the key components of the program, including learning to create safe, trauma-informed spaces for clients, blending masculine and feminine energies, and developing the skills necessary to be an embodied leader in transformational work.
I conclude by inviting listeners to embrace their fears as signposts guiding them toward their true potential. I express my unwavering belief in their abilities and my commitment to supporting them on their journey.
If you feel the call to join forces with your future self, I warmly welcome you to explore what InnovateHer has to offer. Together, we can move beyond the confines of playing small and step into a life of purpose and impact. https://meghan-weir.com/innovate-her-2/
In this exciting episode of our podcast, I had the pleasure of hosting my beautiful chosen sister, Leslie Lee, on IG Live.
We dove deep into the transformative power of collaboration and the importance of trust in creating meaningful experiences.
Leslie, a Bowen therapist and skincare professional, shared her unique approach to supporting individuals and businesses through her work as a fractional COO, emphasizing the human side of business.
As we discussed our recent immersion in Sedona, I reflected on the intentionality behind creating spaces filled with love, heart, and integrity.
Leslie recounted her experience of stepping into the unknown as she prepared meals and provided bodywork for participants, emphasizing the importance of trust and the magic that unfolded during the retreat. We both agreed that the details matter immensely in crafting transformational experiences and how our ability to adapt and read the room was crucial to the success of the event.
We also touched on the significance of energetic work in leading retreats and how our personal practices influence the energy we bring into our spaces. Leslie and I shared insights on the importance of being mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually aligned to create a safe and nurturing environment for participants.
Throughout our conversation, we highlighted the need for heart-centered leadership and its impact on our personal and professional lives.
We discussed the challenges faced by leaders and facilitators in the current landscape, emphasizing the importance of integrity and intention in our work.
As we looked to the future, we expressed our excitement about the upcoming InnovateHer program, where we aim to support change-makers in leading retreats and immersive experiences.
We believe that by sharing our knowledge and experiences, we can help others collapse their learning curves and step into their roles as embodied leaders.
In closing, we invited listeners to join us on this journey of transformation, emphasizing the profound ripple effect that our work can have on individuals, families, communities, and future generations.
This episode is a heartfelt reminder of the power of collaboration and trust and the importance of leading with integrity in all that we do.

In this enlightening episode of our podcast, I had the immense pleasure of welcoming Christina, a spiritual life coach who has been on a profound healing journey for over 15 years. Christina shares her experiences and insights on self-love, inner child work, and shadow work, emphasizing the importance of our internal world in creating a fulfilling life. She reflects on her transformative journey, highlighting how our past experiences shape who we are today and how she has evolved into a version of herself she once thought was impossible.
We reminisce about our initial connection at the She Rises retreat in Costa Rica, which was unfortunately cancelled due to COVID-19. Instead of parting ways, Khristina and I began working together one-on-one, leading to a beautiful and collaborative relationship.
Throughout the episode, we discuss the importance of integrity and values in the coaching industry, especially in light of recent experiences that have prompted me to create my new program, InnovateHer.
Kristina shares her journey of saying "yes" to every opportunity I've offered, from retreats to masterminds. She explains how her commitment to her healing journey drives her to invest in herself.
We also explore the differences between virtual and in-person experiences, with Kristina noting the consistent safety and support she feels in both settings. She highlights the importance of having hard conversations and how these moments of vulnerability have strengthened our relationship.
In closing, Kristina encourages listeners on the fence about joining InnovateHer, assuring them that they will receive far more than they expect. She emphasizes the importance of nervous system regulation and the program's value in navigating challenges in the coaching space.
This episode is a heartfelt exploration of healing, growth, and the power of community. Kristina's journey inspires anyone looking to embrace their true selves and step into their light.

Welcome back to Dropped In!
I'm STOKED to share a special offering for my Dropped In community—a free MasterHeart series designed to support you in growing, expanding, and scaling your business as a change maker.
This series will be available until October 3rd, coinciding with the opening ceremony of InnovateHER, where you can access even more resources to elevate your coaching, leadership, and innovation skills.
Throughout this MasterHeart series, I will share various modalities encompassing both masculine and feminine energies, which have been instrumental in my journey to building a successful multiple-six-figure business.
You can expect to learn about energetics, nervous system regulation, somatic work, embodiment practices, and practical business strategies.
In this episode, I guide you through a transformative breathwork session that will help you release anxiety, fear, and overwhelm and allow you to connect deeply with your heart space.
This practice is designed to help you shift from your busy mind into a more centred and empowered state, setting the stage for the valuable insights to come.
After the breathwork, I dive into a crucial conversation about the difference between working on your business and working in your business. I break down the essential tasks associated with each focus, emphasizing that both are vital for the growth and sustainability of your coaching or healing practice.
Working in your business involves day-to-day operations, such as conducting client sessions, managing schedules, creating content, and engaging with your community. I share practical examples of tasks that fall under this category, including client follow-ups, payment processing, and program delivery.
On the other hand, working on your business is about strategic planning and long-term growth. I discuss the importance of setting clear goals, developing a business vision, and creating systems that support scalability. This includes everything from marketing strategies to team building and financial planning.
As I summarize the key differences, I encourage you to reflect on where you might be spending your time and how you can better balance these two aspects of your business.
I hope you find this episode enlightening and that it provides you with actionable insights to implement in your own journey. In this episode of "Dropped In," I had the immense pleasure of speaking with Gabriella Embon, a former engineer turned life coach, author, and keynote speaker.
Gabriella's journey from the structured world of chemical engineering to the dynamic field of coaching is both inspiring and relatable, especially for those seeking alignment in their careers and personal lives.
Gabriella shared her passion for helping individuals create a life of no regrets, emphasizing the importance of both career fulfillment and nurturing primary relationships. She believes that a life without regrets hinges on two key components: having a career that aligns with one's true self and cultivating a powerful partnership with a romantic partner. Through her work, she aims to help high achievers engineer legendary careers and marriages.
We dropped into Gabriella's transition from engineering to coaching, sparked by her desire to connect with people and help them realize their potential. She candidly discussed the frustrations she faced in her previous career and how a pivotal moment in her life led her to pursue coaching. Gabriella's journey is a testament to the power of following one's passion and the importance of not compromising on what truly fulfills us.
As we explored her coaching methodology, Gabriella introduced the concept of working with the subconscious mind to initiate lasting change. She explained how our conscious mind represents only 5% of our mental capacity, while the subconscious holds the key to 90% of our beliefs and behaviours. This insight is crucial for anyone looking to create meaningful and sustainable transformations in their lives.
Gabriella also shared her insights on relationships, particularly through the lens of her new book, "Becoming a Power Couple: Four Pillars to Engineering Legendary Marriages." She outlined the four pillars that can help couples navigate the complexities of their relationships, emphasizing that love alone is not enough to sustain a marriage. Instead, commitment and active participation in the relationship are essential for growth and intimacy.
Throughout our conversation, Gabriella highlighted the importance of patience and understanding in relationships, especially when one partner is on a different personal development journey. She encouraged listeners to create space for their partners to grow and evolve, reinforcing the idea that personal development should not lead to impatience or blame.
As we wrapped up the episode, Gabriella offered a powerful message of hope for those contemplating significant changes in their lives or relationships. She urged listeners to consider whether their future selves would thank them for their decisions, emphasizing the importance of seeking help and giving new strategies a fair chance.
This episode is a treasure trove of insights for anyone looking to enhance their personal and professional lives, and I am excited for you to listen and absorb Gabriella's wisdom. Whether you're navigating a career transition, seeking to deepen your relationships, or simply looking for inspiration, this conversation is sure to resonate.
