Today is the start of the Peaceful Power Practices Summer series. Every other week I will break down one of the PPP in the podcast. What are the PPP's? They are the 8 practices I find to be great starting points into women's fitness journeys. They range from fitness, yoga & Ayurveda based techniques.
Today we are starting with a practice that sets us up to live a dynamic and successful day. We start with movement & meditation. Ideally we will have a 20 minute movement & meditation practice to begin each day. What does that look like? It can be 10 minutes of meditation followed by 10 minutes of movement in the form of yoga, a walk, bike ride, or a few bodyweight movements.
