College softball players can sometimes find themselves identified as just that, only college softball player. The pressures of college life are hard enough but then add on top of that the pressure to perform at the next level and it can get to even the best. And that's what happened to Jordan Dail.

A high school standout at pitching in Virginia, she would transfer from Virginia Tech to Oregon after her freshman year. That's when things started to go south for Dail, as mental health struggles turned into on-the-field struggles, which resulted in more mental health issues. But with the help of others, and her own perseverance, she's been able to fight through and come out on the other side healthier than before.
