Another myth is that goldfish only have a three-second memory—turns out they can actually remember things for months. You’ve probably heard that humans only use 10% of their brains, but in reality, we use pretty much all of it! There’s also the myth that lightning never strikes the same place twice, but it totally can, especially tall buildings like the Empire State Building. And finally, people once thought that cracking your knuckles causes arthritis—thankfully, it doesn’t!
