After 4 months of being on this healing journey, I’ve learned a few things. 

Things that come with A LOT of trial and error and that you wish someone would have told you about!

I want to shed light on how this healing journey really is so you can know that you’re not crazy and what you’re going through is completely normal!

This healing journey is an uphill battle but it feels oh sooo good!
