You’re going to get criticized in whatever you do. Drake has dealt with this his entire career. Jay-Z predicted it on this record that he’s referring to. Yet, here we are. Still in Drake season while he’s cemented himself as one of the greatest artists ever. The anticipation of criticism can be debilitating. It can prevent you from putting out content. It can prevent you from pursuing your dreams. It can prevent you from being happy. You’re going to take L’s. That’s part of it. You’re going to have off days. But you have to keep going every single day, regardless of what anyone says. Or stay in the same spot you’re in with your uncomfortable life. Your call. - Jay-Z on Why Showing Money on the Internet is CornyJay-Z on Why Showing Money on the Internet is CornyHov Said Stop Being CornyHow many brands are we going to build and not get our proper compensation?Name a tech company that’s valued at $1B+ that hip-hop culture hasn’t helped get there? You can’t. Yet, we don’t own. You got a bunch of grown men and women begging these tech geeks for marketing deals for a company they helped build. And that marketing check usually goes to someone else (business manager) before it gets to the artist. This is ass backwards. We gotta stop asking. We gotta start owning. @icecube learned that and that’s why he destroyed Bryan Turner’s office at Priority. Cube ain’t had to do that since. Jay-Z worth a billy. Kanye. Dre. PuffAll damn near at a billy because they own. What do you own?Your music. Then why aren’t you marketing it yourself?Stop waiting to get signed. It’s a pipe dream that is waiting to rip you off. Nows the time for us to own. And stop showing off money phones. Is Jay-Z right?Do we need to own More?Do you make money when you are sleep?►► Subscribe: https://www.youtube.com/Doriangroup82...Click Here To Get Enrolled $2000 Music Marketing Course For Only $250 Today - https://www.group82university.com/enroll (Only 4 Slots Left)Figuring out how to promote your music can be a daunting task. When I was starting off in my music marketing journey, I just wanted to find a music marketing channel on YouTube that focused digital music marketing strategies.Once I charted #1 on iTunes, I knew I cracked the code for how to market my music online.I wanted to share this Music Biz 101 information thought my platform, Group 82.The DIY music biz has exploded since the streaming era took off and everyone makes it seem like the music business is made easy. It’s not, but this channel gives you real music promotion strategies that work.►► Click Here and Subscribe to the #1 music marketing channel on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/Doriangroup82...Sell My Course and I’ll Pay You $500►► Click link: https://www.group82university.com/aff...Turn on notifications for my posts.Song: “Even Love Me” by DorianSpotify - https://open.spotify.com/track/2UQYd8VCKWb2u87YxjNE1o?si=hHK8k8UKQhCHXkrAdzhruQApple Music - https://music.apple.com/us/album/even-love-me/1523054326?i=1523054334Watch the full video on YouTube: https://youtu.be/J3rk1RkoTJA7 min

No problem, Fab.We tack it in onto your budget.Anyone that thinks they are saving money on expenses when they sign to a label is wrong. You are just delaying the expenses and paying them back with interest. You are putting all of your music expenses on credit.Dumb.As you can see with Kanye’s tweets about his Universal contract. If you do get a big artist on a feature, you need to get their marketing as wellTheir followers.Their brand.Needs to work for you.Put that in the contract so all of the marketing benchmarks are met. This will give you your money’s worth. What If that artist doesn’t agree?Fuck em.Don’t work with anyone who doesn’t want to sign a contract.Should Fab had made Wayne help market the record?Should Universal have charged them for that?Click Here To Get Enrolled $2000 Music Marketing Course For Only $250 Today - https://www.group82university.com/enroll (Only 4 Slots Left)►► Click Here and Subscribe to the #1 music marketing channel on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/Doriangroup82...Sell My Course and I’ll Pay You $1,000►► Click link: https://www.group82university.com/affiliates200K THE HARD WAY►► CLICK SUBSCRIBE - https://www.youtube.com/Doriangroup82...=====================================================🎶 Do You Want More Music Business and Music Marketing Tips? ►► https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DDMw_...►► Enroll In Our Top Rated Music Marketing Course: https://www.group82university.com►► Become A Group 82 University Affiliate and Make $1,000 Per Sale (50% Commission) - https://www.group82university.com/aff...►► TubeBuddy: How did I grow my YouTube Channel to 100,000 Subscribers and $70,000 in Revenue in 11 months?
