Co-vocational ministry is on the rise. A growing number of pastors, either by choice or out of necessity, earn part of their income in secular employment.    

Our guest, Ryan Flanders, talks about his journey as a pastor and entrepreneur, why he intentionally chose co-vocational ministry, and the benefits of a co-vocational approach.   

Ryan is the founder of "Develop My Ministry" which exists to equip pastors in their walk and in their work. They equip primarily through pastor gatherings, consulting and coaching.
