Matutu Nyabange is an entrepreneur and business magnate. He is the founder, CEO, early-stage investor, CFO, and Product Developer of MySquard Inc; founder of One Care DC Inc, and co-founder of Prestige Health Care Inc. Nyabange is the the sole owner of One Care DC, One Care PA, One Care NC, One Care VA, Prestige Home Health Care Inc, and HoookedUP Inc.

Nyabange was born in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and raised in Washington, DC. He briefly attended the University of Maryland but decided to pursue a business career, co-founding the web software company IT Services India with his colleague Dilip Patel. The startup later grew into other successful ventures such as HoookedUP Inc (a social media app) and MySquard Inc (an on-demand marketplace). Almost simultaneously, Nyabange co-founded One Care Inc, which has subsidiary branches and has grown into a multimillion-dollar franchise. In 2021, Nyabange assumed a full-time role as founder and CEO of MySquard Inc to dedicate all his time and resources to make the young company grow.
