In 1982, he began selling life insurance part-time and transitioned to full-time in 1984, inspired by the birth of his daughter, Cortney. Bill earned his GED in 1993 and has since become a top producer, licensed in 15 states. He is also a founding member of the local NABIP chapter. At Hartman Insurance Services, he trains agents, including family members, and remains dedicated to serving his community.
