In 2022, Heather left her job as a Program Manager at a non-profit and began a journey to disentangle herself from the deeply embedded norms of living in a capitalist society. From reclaiming her own ancestral wisdom to reconnecting with the More Than Human world in a profound way, Heather’s path has led her to Forest Therapy and to a different way of relating to herself and to work.
