Welcome back to Dropped In! Today, I dropped into the transformative power of embracing a "power pause" in our lives. As we navigated through the intense astrological energies of August, I shared my personal experiences of facing shadowy emotions and undergoing significant shifts.
I discussed the importance of checking in with ourselves physically, emotionally, and energetically during times of rebirth, dark nights of the soul and transformation.
I opened up about my own spiritual awakening in Sedona and the subsequent feelings of depression upon returning home. This led me to embark on a journey of deep inner work, integrating newfound gifts and reclaiming my power and voice.
Throughout the episode, I emphasized the significance of honouring our timing and trusting the divine flow of our lives. I shared insights on the pressure to constantly show up and deliver in the online world, highlighting the importance of authenticity, integrity, and self-trust.
