Self-care isn't just for the academic year. While we all think of summer as this "built in break" during the year, it honestly brings its own challenges that we need support through, too! Between changing routines in new place, hyper busy or slow weeks, lack of community or familiar forms of support, and high expectations around doing all the fun summer things, we need to create discipline in our lives to support our mind, body, and spirit this summer.
