Todd and Amy Mullis have a large hog farm in Iowa.  Luckily, Megan is here to explain farm life to us city folk. Megan explains that farm accidents happen all the time, so when Amy Mullis is found critically injured on her farm, it looks like an accident. Todd and his oldest son rush her to the hospital, but she is dead on arrival.
Her accident?  Amy fell backwards on a corn rake TWO OR THREE TIMES (according to her husband). Sir, no. Investigators start looking into the marriage and find that motives for murder were growing everywhere on this farm.
