January is the perfect time to reflect on past goals and set new ones for the new year. As a follow-up to Episode 86 where we looked back at 2022, we are now looking at our goals, old and new. This episode is a great exercise for you to reflect on your year and think about what you want to have experienced in the next calendar year.
