Vera spoke on the Big Brekky Show about how she developed this Australia-focused edition of the game with STEM education game designer Dr Ariel Marcy, who created the original Go Extinct game. June 03, 2025J-MILLA returns to Barunga Festival in 2025J-MILLA spoke to Kate from Big Brekky about what he is looking forward to on his return to Barunga Festival this year, with his brother YUNG-MILLA. They were also both invited by Balaga Aboriginal Corp (Barunga) to participate in a Project Design Conference in Darwin, where they collaborated on the development of an inaugural Community-led Men's Wellness Centres program. The Milla brothers played a major role in designing the music coordination for the program. One of the early central results of the program is a song crafted between J-MILLA and men in the Barunga community, composed in response to the Barunga Statement, which will be performed live as part of the Barunga Festival. Born and bred in the northern Australian city of Darwin, they are loud and proud members of the Indigenous Mak Mak Marranungu people, who are the traditional landowners of the Litchfield National Park of the Northern Territory.
