As ministry leaders, hard conversations are a natural part of our jobs. But when do we acknowledge our limitations and refer our students, leaders, parents, and maybe even ourselves to professional counseling? And how do we go about doing that? That's why we’re introducing Aunt P—our friend and residential counseling professional on this podcast! 

Aunt P walks you through the steps to seek and refer counseling in the way best suited to your situation. It will be important to know the laws for your state (including, but not limited to, mandatory reporting). We are not here to be your counselor but to help point you in the right direction to find and refer counseling.
