Nine months after a dual organ transplant, Ali Dugger never thought she would be living the life she does today. Sure, things aren't perfect, but her gratitude is contagious! 

Ali still has to take immunosuppressants every day, but now she can accept kisses from her dog, garden, dine out, and even travel, with fewer precautions and more joy. The journey to get here wasn't always easy.
