Eric Siu is the CEO of ClickFlow and Single Grain and the author of a new book, "Leveling Up: How to Master the Game of Life." Eric has written an interesting book about applying the lessons he learned in becoming a top gamer, to his personal and professional development. As Eric writes in his book Even though most people think gaming is a waste of time, he found that it shaped his mindset and taught him how to think critically. We dive into why he believes it's important to think of yourself as a perpetual newbie in whatever you're doing. So you don't have preconceived biases or sense of entitlement, prevent you from taking the risks you need to take to reach your goals faster.
