Today on the podcast, I am joined by Mandy Harvey. Mandy is a woman who is passionate about shining a real and non-judgemental light on mental struggles and illness. She uses her social platforms to not only share her passion for music but to candidly document her journey with depression and anxiety with the intention to remove stigma, expose the reality and help others not to feel so alone. As part of her empathic and generous nature, she has volunteered for Camp Magic through the charity, Feel the Magic, for a number of years. In this episode, we discuss how helping others is not a perfect science; and as flawed as we may perceive ourselves to be, we have so much we can share with the world to make it a better place.
