95bFM: Stinky Grooves

Dominated by On-U Sound's crucial collection Pay It All Back Volume 7, with no slouching from the rest, the fragrance is formidable - will ya look at the nose on this thing?!

A distinctly un-well adjusted mob of musical miscreants and tonal troubadors crowded together with all the subtlety of a lethargically raging bison ....ouch!

Some tunes at a time when, however healing, music just seems trivial.

A chalk on the riled side - tonight's show lifts the lid on some exeptionally expressed top tunes and also marks the last show sponosored by Love Bucket who have been champion supporters over the last couple of years. Max respect!

A piquant blend of groovy gravy and stereophonic sauce atop a miraculous musically meaty main course. Vegetable vibes optional.

From dark dubamatical backroads to gleaming motoric highways  there's a fair bit to unpack in this week's edition of Most Stankest. Forgo the flowery words and olfactory twoddle and cut straight into the meat of the matter by getting your ears on and kocking 3 hours of the bastard off.

Stinkness abounds - whiffing it up with top shelf dancehall du jour, vintage cumbia, gentle dooofers, moody instrumentals, challenging chuggers, ambient airs, righteous rockers, dubwise doings and even unfolliclely challenged folk.... & ting.

Without stating the obvious there's a dubwise undercurrent in this week's show that rivals a West Coast beach, it rips. Beacoup fortitude from the likes of King Mids Sound, Ossia, Cosey Fanni Tutti, Nicola Cruz, christoph el truento and more....you're welcome.

Incongruinity abounds from the fetid filth of Avon Terror Corps to the sublime beauty of the new Tiny Ruins records, it's a right old rollercoatser this week.  No need to pay at the gate, just jump on and enjoy the ride.

Heavy on the dub - especially the heavy dub, this week. Allsorts else too but nothing wrong with that, nothing wrong at all.
