Brad Baldwin is a Mindfulness Coach. His practice is called Aperture. Brad grew up in a farming community in Iowa and went on to the University of Iowa, where he met his wife. They left Iowa for a brief 15 months for Kansas City, and soon returned. In this episode, Brad will talk about mindfulness, his practice, and parenting in the modern age.
