Keeping a learner's mindset is a philosophy that is beneficial in all walks of life, BJJ included. This week's episode is all about what it's like to be an instructor and how to be a good student. Brittany taught her first adult BJJ class! We discuss what it's like to teach a class and some of what she did to prepare. Then we dive into what it means to be a good student and how we can learn something from everyone. Everyone is an expert at something and we can learn from anyone if we are willing to be humble and listen.
