What is the 3rd dimension of Jiu Jitsu? When you start up on your feet! We talk about what it's like to begin your takedown journey and why it is so important to start earlier, rather than later. Many people come to Jiu Jitsu with wrestling or judo experience. These people already have a developed base of knowledge to start matches on their feet. In this episode, we discuss what to do to get started and how you can begin to feel comfortable on your feet! How not to get injured and strategies for finding your own takedown style.
