impulsive self destructive behavior - one of my many talent!

Explosive Anger is the symptom that got me to realize that I had BPD and it has been the most concerning to my family.

Symptom #1 is extreme emotional swings. I got a BIT side tracked and basically talked about whats happening in my life right now but it kinda goes with the symptom.
