I've always thought 'I don't want to be accountable to your way if I don't think it's right.' If you're telling me to do a certain way and I'm accountable for the results, that's a hard no."

If you can play a role because you've built this trust-based relationship and play a role in helping shape this vision, you're influencing the choices they make."
