A Court of Tattoos and Rosé

Anywho…I finally reread HOFAS! Did I love it? Sadly, still not one of my favorites. However, it did grow on me slightly. Danelle’s insights and motivation were key factors in this though to be honest. Regardless, let’s chat about those tunnels, carvings and the infamous monologue to end all monologues. Do we trust it? Ehhhh….

How are we less than 2 weeks away from ACOSH?!  Danelle and I are trying to keep it cool. Keyword there is “trying”. Today’s episode is all about mini character deep dives and their potential adventures in ACOSH and ACOFM. Also, just another (not so) gentle reminder not to be an A-hole. We’ve made it to ACOSF finally! As promised, this will be the first of two episodes for Silver Flames. Plus, as a bonus treat, we are joined this week by the lovely Carrie! We’re digging into the main plot points to remember, the looming questions from ACOSF and also chastising the High Fae for their inherent inability to keep track of valuables.

Does the end of HOSAB ever get easier to deal with? Asking for a friend. Anyways…let’s break down the mountain of information that SJM gave us in this book. Danika’s secrets truly are never ending and have some crazy implications for ACOSH.

We never thought we would be breaking down HOEAB in a little over an hour. Yet, here we are with a quick and dirty rundown of the tidbits from HOEAB that may be important for ACOSH. Or we could be completely off base, who knows. Either way, let’s get into what SJM’s modern fantasy could mean for the future of the ACOTAR world. 

Full disclosure: we went into ACOFAS expecting a short episode with just a few plot points to chat about as we prepare for ACOSH. What actually happened is that we ended up with a lengthy list of things we both overlooked before. So join us as we essentially rediscover ACOFAS!

Let’s wrap up ACOWAR! The last third of this book had Danelle and I taking frantic notes and questioning every little detail. Anyone else feel a bit paranoid and unstable as they go through their reread? Or is that just us? Also, yet another reminder to not be an a-hole as we approach the releases of Threshing Day and ACOSH.
