Assyrian fashion designer from Sweden; Nahrain Odisho currently is in Australia as a guest of Assyrian Sports and Cultural Club to show her latest designs in ancient and modern Assyrian costumes.

After a successful show at the British museum, Nahrain will showcase her creations in Sydney and Melbourne in the next two weeks.

She told SBS that her passion in designing Assyrian costumes brings her joy and satisfaction and she believes that she is serving the Assyrian nation in preserving its history and heritage through her work.
