Today I am joined by Jo Westwood, aka The Codependency Coach to deep dive on the topic of codependency and what this means for so many women. From lack of boundaries, chronic people-pleasing and external validation to over-giving, toxic relationships and a ton more, this episode is SO helpful and insightful and will really get you thinking about your own self-worth.
Jo specialises in helping women to recover from codependency so they can feel content and secure alone, and have healthy fulfilling relationships in all areas of their lives.
