In January 2024, researchers from Tianjin University and Georgia Institute of Technology published a paper on semiconducting graphene. Graphene is an interesting material. And people have been looking at how to incorporate it into transistors and create the next generation of electronics. When this research was first published back in January, it got a lot of attention. I was asked to take a look. It took some time, but here we are.
