Not searching outside ourselves for what matters but to go in and settle, drop in to the body is to be more permeable to what is whispering in us, to recognize what is going on in our own mind. Such is each moment, each thought incorporating the forms of spring. Although we can say we don’t know what zazen is, sitting absolutely still and present can just make it clear where you are. “We say to shine one corner-that is enough. Not the whole world.
