  • Ep 5: Listening to, Trusting & Following Your Intuition

In today's show, Episode 5, we are talking about intuition.  What is it, how do we learn to listen to it and how do we trust and find the courage to follow where it's leading us?

We are all born with this inner guide - our intuition.  It's a place within us that simply knows what path to follow next. It helps keep our life on track.  It helps us feel more attuned to our values, our gifts and our natural way of being.  It brings us more in touch with the present moment.  It's our teacher.

Our intuition is a great gift.

So often though, we are stuck on autopilot as we rush through the day, we crash at the end of it and we repeat this draining cycle over and over again.  This rushing, without space for stillness, connection and reflection, leaves us totally out of touch from our intuition and out of sync in our daily life.

It's hard to feel centered and grounded when you are overloaded by a busy life.

In today's show, I will share 7 tips on how you can practice listening, trusting and following where your intuition is guiding you.

Also, registration for the Live Freely Circle is now open for the next two weeks!  You will find out all the details about this fun, supportive, powerful and virtual tribe HERE.

  • Ep 4: Finding Yourself & Following Your Passion to Make a Difference with Lindsey McCoy

In today's episode you'll meet Shannon's friend, Lindsey McCoy. Lindsey shares how she's learned to make space in her life to find herself.

Lindsey married young, but soon realized after college that her marriage wasn't in line with how she wanted to live.  After facing one of her toughest decisions yet, she got divorced and soon after that lived on a sailboat for nearly two years.

Lindsey has also learned that we don't have to live with as much as we think we do.  On her path to living more simply and being more mindful of the environment, it's led her to create a business that reduces the amount of plastic polluting the earth.

Lindsey McCoy has a master’s degree in nonprofit management and spent the last 10 years working on environmental education in the Bahamas, islands full of single-use plastic. She and her sister co-founded a company, Plaine Products, that offers shampoo, conditioner and body wash in aluminum bottles that can be returned, refilled and reused. Get more tips about reducing the plastic in your life by following us on social media: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest.

  • Ep 2: Breaking Free of Self-Doubt - Meet Your Host, Shannon Kinney-Düh

In this episode you will learn more about me and why I created this podcast for you.

I have a passion for inspiring and supporting women as they awaken to the wisdom of their own hearts in their lives.

I used to be paralyzed by self-doubt.  I started letting worry, over-thinking and insecurity make my decisions and keep me from moving forward in my life.  There were times when I wanted to take risk, but I let my self-doubt and fear hold me back.

Soon after college I discovered yoga and the power of creative play and creativity.  I learned that I was not my thoughts.  I learned that there was a way to break free of the negative beliefs I held on to like; I'm not good enough, I'm not good at anything, I'll never be as successful or talented as them...

I'll share how the practice of meditation, art and becoming a mom has helped me feel more confident, more courageous and more connected to my soul's purpose, and how this show will help you on your path to living a more authentic, creative and soulful life.
