On Season 11 Episode 5 of A Little Birdie Told Me, Rebecca Horan talks to Ally Garvey. Ally Garvey is a model who has worked in the industry for years, an influencer, regular on TV and mother to two girls. Ally opens up about her childhood in Dublin 8 with her mother and brother, she discussed her parents separation and her complex relationship with her dad and how she wanted a different path for herself when she eventually settled down. Ally modelled as a young teen into adulthood around Dublin and abroad and spoke honestly about how different the industry is now compared to back then and how she approaches her children's own blossoming modelling careers as young kids. Ally has worked for years in media and spoke about how she made it work through different pregnancies and births. In recent years Ally and her husband have faced many challenges and have survived the worst and lived to tell the tell.

On Season 11 Episode 4 of A Little Birdie Told Me host Rebecca Horan talks to Lynsey Bennett. Lynsey is the CEO of Glow, salon owner, Co-Founder of Lusso Tan and mum to twin girls. Lynsey spoke to Rebecca about her kickstart in the beauty business after leaving her corporate job just before the global recession and how she and her sister built a successful salon business from scratch through hard work, long hours and and perseverance. Meanwhile, not long after she took on the salon she also fell pregnant with twin girls, Lynsey opened up about the challenges that presented but how she still showed up for her job and continued to grow the business. Lynsey also developed Lusso tan with her siblings following a conversation over a family dinner and explained to Rebecca about how self tan is such an essential part of the self-care process for women because whether pregnant, postpartum or parenting women want to look and feel good in their skin and a little glow helps. Lynsey has a full life but enjoys the balance of being involved in her children's many activities and running her businesses. An inspirational woman who overcame many challenges along the way.

On Season 11 Episode 3 of A Little Birdie Told Me Rebecca Horan talks to Pamela Laird. Pamela is a businesswoman, influencer and mum of one. Pamela grew up as an only child in a home with business-owner parents and she tells Rebecca that that's where she gets her distinct drive from. Pamela explains how she built her beauty business and career, the decision to close her salon with her mother Yvonne during Covid when her dad became very unwell and getting to appear on Dragon's Den and The Apprentice. Pamela also opens up about her fiance and respecting his privacy and not flaunting her relationship on social media, she told Rebecca she is one and done after the birth of her daughter and how she planned her c-section so she could have some control on the day and what her plans are for the future following the sad passing of her dad who had suffered from Alzheimer’s for years.

The Home Reset is a home organising business, Hazel and her team do everything from sorting, decluttering to full house moves and storage. Hazel has worked with some big Irish names since she setup her company and is thriving and opens up to Rebecca about her journey from finance to female entrepruener and how her new life has impacted and enhanced her family.

On Season 10 Episode 11 of A Little Birdie Told Me host Rebecca Horan talks to Isabel Gleeson. Isabel is a stylist and personal shopper, known as styledbyisabel on Instagram. Isabel has had a very busy few years; she moved back from working in retail in London, got married to her college love, moved house from the city to the country and gave birth to her first baby, baby Cohen. Isabel gave Rebecca a first on this episode because baby Cohen was sitting with Isabel for the entire episode and was as good as gold. Isabel opened up about her pregnancy journey, her choice not to breastfeed, how easy-going her baby has been and how much she loves being a mother and is the happiest she has ever been. Isabel works for herself and takes styling and personal shopping clients on in between being a full-time mother.

Samantha spoke to Rebecca about her shock at having two pregnancies back to back and how she coped. Her and her husband then went on to have a third child years later. She also opened up about her training in science and work in pharma which led her to designing Fussy Food Plates for children who struggle to eat a variety of foods. Samantha is a qualified nutritionist and she spoke about how she felt she lost her identity after pregnancy and what she does now to stay fit and healthy and strong.
