If your doing IT sales then this is probably worthwhile video to watch.  I call it the sales matrix.  List all your service like Managed IT services, BAckup, Cyber Security, AV, VOIP etc along the top.  Then on the side list all your customers.  Simply x off where they have a service.  The blanks in the matrix are where you have to concentrate your IT sales and marketing effort.
