For the 77th episode of the Healthcare IT Podcast, we’re taking a look back at the ups and downs of Health IT in 2021.  While 2020 is the one that will go down in infamy because of COVID, I have a feeling that many of our COVID memories are going to be more about 2021 than 2020.  Plus, in 2021 we had the return to many of the things we missed during COVID with slight tweaks that are likely to be with us for a long time to come.

On the health IT side of things, 2021 was when we had a second to look at what COVID prompted us to do and to start making plans for what will be with us long term and what won’t.  In this episode we dive into the year that was 2021 in the world of health IT.  We talk about what 2021 will be remembered for and what was missing.  Plus, we share what flew under the radar and some of our favorite stories from the year.
