For the 95th episode of the CIO podcast hosted by Healthcare IT Today, we are joined by Christian Lindmark, CTO at Stanford Health Care and Stanford School of Medicine, to talk about private 5G networks! We kick this episode off by discussing the importance of connectivity in Lindmark’s hospital and some of the challenges he faced. Then, Lindmark shares with us what led him to implement a private 5G network at his organizations. 5G in healthcare has been discussed before, but to make sure we’re all on the same page, Lindmark goes over the differences between the public 5G networks and his private 5G network.
